For instance, an older person with zero experience in technology can benefit from having a younger mentor adept at technology. And vice versa, a younger person can always navigate leadership better with the mentorship of an older experienced person. All the same, at every stage of life (81years old or 18years old) mentorship is paramount to reach greater heights and expansion to newer horizons of success.
